Apple (NSDAQ: AAPL) announced its 2021 Q1 financial results on January 27th, 2021. As a result, net sales and operating income grew 21.4% and 31.2%, respectively, while operating cash flow grew 27.0%.
As for net sales depending on each segment, iPad growth was the highest up 41.2%, followed by wearables, home and accessories of up 29.6%. Net sales of service segment maintained its high growth rate of 24.0%.
Currently, Apple’s shareholders’ equity ratio is slightly low and its current ratio is declining. However, we believe it is not problematic at this moment since main cause for the deterioration of financial indicators is due to large amount of repurchase of common stocks, and the growth rate of operating cash flow is still high.
